On one or two point I would say I agree with you, but largely
I had no problems getting used to Messenger. However, I do speak as one with
previous experience of a using a Reader (TTFN), though I am by no means a
techie user. I find that very often programmers have help files which
are written with other programmers (techie users) in mind. I wish they
wouldn't do that.
